The abundance of retail stores made it a good shopping place. During our stay, we experienced the super typhoon Yagi, and I was highly impressed with the hotel staff’s dedication and professionalism. The managers on duty (floor 19th and 27th) during the typhoon ensured the safety of guests despite the power outages and poor communication. One staff member even delivered dinner to our floor 19 in the middle of the night when the electricity was cut off, showcasing the team’s exceptional commitment during the crisis. In the aftermath of the typhoon, the hotel efficiently provided food, water, and resumed breakfast and dinner services the next day. The swift recovery of electricity and communication was handled smoothly, and I commend both the local authorities and the hotel management for their efforts in ensuring locals and guests' safety and comfort throughout this challenging time. May Guanyin bless the people of Hainan and the frontline staff who work tirelessly day and night to recover from the damage caused by the typhoon.
